Shipping & Returns
When will my orders be delivered?
We strive to ensure your orders will be sent out within 14 working days. For preorders, they will be sent out once stock has arrived.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during festive periods.
How will my orders be sent?
We reserve the right to choose as we deem fit, a suitable delivery agent to deliver your goods. For local deliveries, we may use (but not limited to) Singapore Post or Lalamove. For overseas deliveries, we may use (but not limited to) Singapore Post, DHL or SF Express.
Are there any shipping exclusions?
Local delivery address must be an address within Singapore and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes and the following areas: Jurong Island, Army Camps, Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin, Shipyards and other restricted areas.
Overseas delivery addresses must be clearly stated. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your details. We currently do not ship to Africa, South America, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Russia and India.
If you currently reside in any of the restricted areas and wish to purchase our products, contact us for a delivery exemption.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping costs are based on prevailing rates set by the provider. Please refer to the shipping provider for most updated rates.
SF Express currently offers a pay on receipt service where the addressee pays the shipping fees directly to the courier upon receipt of goods. Merchant will hence only collect fees for goods and services provided. Overseas customers who wish to utilise this option, kindly drop us an email.
Please note that import fees for your order are not included with our shipping fees and extra charges can be incurred by your local authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and damages
We adopt a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE policy for orders sent through post or courier. We will not provide any exchange or replacement models for any damaged goods received through post or courier.
Do note that some of our scale models are made of resin and hence highly fragile. By selecting delivery by post or courier, you accept that your goods may sustain damage during transit. While we strive to pack your orders as careful as possible, we will not accept responsibility for any damage to your goods sustained in transit provided by our delivery vendors.
In case of damaged goods, you may send / bring the model back to our company at your own expense where we will try to offer basic repair work depending on availability of parts. There is no guarantee of repair. We will suggest alternatives where ever possible. Do drop us an email with photographs and description of the issue and we will try our best to help you resolve the issue.
